McLaren has dropped its high court action against rival team Red Bull, after the two reached a deal over the Canadian Grand Prix weekend.
The Woking team accused Red Bull of enticing aerodynamicist Dan Fallows to remain with them, rather than join McLaren where he had reportedly signed an employment contract.
Christian Horner met with Ron Dennis and the pair agreed a deal which will see Fallows remain at Red Bull and McLaren will no longer pursue its legal action against both parties.
